The robust, explosion-proof EXH range of housings have been designed for use in areas where
there is a risk of explosion and they are certified Ex d for Zones 1 and 2, Group IIC (Gas) and Ex tb for Zones 21 and 22 (Dust).
These housings are made entirely of strong, anti-corrosion aluminium. All its components are ovenfire painted and provide ultimate resistance to ultraviolet rays, saline mist and polluting agents that are present in the surrounding atmosphere.
The EXH-G model features a window made of germanium, a material that provides perfectly clear vision for thermal cameras. Heating is provided as standard, while the sunshield is optional. Also available are a wide range of armed or unarmed cable glands for various diameter cables.
